How it works

STEP 1

We start our service free of charge with an introduction call where we have the chance to learn about your business and background. We will also share our first ideas and tell you more about ourselves.

STEP 2

We will provide you with a summary of our first introduction call and give you a project proposal based on our understanding of your ambitions. The proposal will be high level giving the direction for further alignment in a follow up call.

STEP 3

We will discuss the summary with you in a follow up call. This will give you the opportunity to give us feedback and prioritize some of the steps we have suggested. We secure in the call that we can come to a final project plan for approval.

STEP 4

After your approval of the project plan we start the project which aims for a successful introduction of your business and products into the European market. This can be small scale introduction based on a try-out or larger scale projects.
